Father God, in the name of Jesus I pray this day. I acknowledge that you are Lord and God over everything including my thoughts. I bring all my thoughts under subjection to your holy power and grace. Help me to change and to know when I need to be still. Sometimes I want to stay the way that I am knowing that I will not grow. When I get overwhelmed or discourage help me to think on you. You said that you would order my steps. I have to rely more on you and less on my own strength. I cannot do this by myself.

I recognize that I need you in my life and I further need to acknowledge you daily. I pray for all those who are struggling with some form of change. May you give them the resolve that you have given me that all things will work together for my good. We ask that you give us peace of mind and continue to give us our daily bread and your word. That we may live and serve others as you have commanded us to do. All Glory, Honor and Praise is due your name. I pray this prayer to you today and thank you for answering it in Jesus' name.
